5 things to know before you go

Tour duration

Live Virtual Tours are approximately 30 minutes long, including Q&A.

Registration

Registration closes 3 hours in advance of each tour. Last-minute registration ("instant join") is not possible. Tours will no longer appear in the calendar once registration is closed, or when they are fully booked.

System requirements

We recommend using a computer with a strong internet connection to view the tour. You do not need to install any software—the tour will automatically open in your preferred web browser. For the best possible experience, we also recommend using earphones (wired or Bluetooth) instead of your computer's built-in speakers. Please note that some elements of our live Virtual Tours may not be viewable if you are watching the tour on a mobile phone or tablet.

Accessibility

Sign language interpretation (SLI) is available on request. Please submit a request via the Amazon Tours Help Center at least 2 weeks in advance of your desired tour date to discuss your needs and help ensure that we can accommodate your request.
